I made this for Alston's Birthday, I forgot to put on the full gear before i took the pic. There is supposed to be a racing banner on the top that says :Happy Birthday! Inside is an old traditional butter cake, topped w Valrhona's dark chocolate ganache. Its not too sweet due the the high content of cocoa w no sugar added into the ganache. Decorated w kids' favourite candies n chocolate.
