Racing Cars Hill

I made this for Alston's Birthday, I forgot to put on the full gear before i took the pic. There is supposed to be a racing banner on the top that says :Happy Birthday! Inside is an old traditional butter cake, topped w Valrhona's dark chocolate ganache. Its not too sweet due the the high content of cocoa w no sugar added into the ganache. Decorated w kids' favourite candies n chocolate.

Wedding cupcakes...

I've agreed to bake a nice cake for my cousin's wedding.. so i did... I made cupcakes n put them individually into cupcake case.. this is how it looks like! I'm pretty happy w the outcome n i love how it turned out to be! Its a great hit w all the guest! Congrats...

Almond Meltz....

The best of Almond cookies.. soft yet crunchy on outside, smells heavenly when in the oven. The chocolate chip on top adds in a full rich taste for the Almond! What a sinful combination!
