Its my 2nd official cake deco class n i think that i'm falling deeply in love w cake deco. I adore the baking ur own delicious cake w beautiful deco! I love the class n I love my instructor, Jacq. Very patient very very good, never afraid to answer any questions. When I learn a skill I like to know the exact fact n fiction abt it all.

By the way the class is in Artistiq at Mackenzie. My experience of a good school to learn n to share. I had my first lesson at BIY my personal opinion is that its cold n pointless, most things u ask them they will say I duno. I wonder y they work there if they r not even interested in baking.

I have wonderful classmates n we went thru most classes together, all the lovely ladies... i shall add in some nice pics of them n our cakes....

Zac's 4th Birthday

This whole month is a busy month, Zac is 4 this year, with 3 parties going on it's no easy task. I'll make the best for my special Boy! School's little party cake, chocolate cake w Varlhona's dark chocolate ganache...

Strawberry Jelly Cheesecake

Strawberry Jelly Cheesecake... Crunchy cookie base w moist cheese in the middle n topped w freshly cut strawberries n springy Jelly on the top. Its a good combination n not too sweet as the sugar is minimum.
