Elmo cake
My niece's bday and she requested for an Elmo cake, and wanted it not too big in size maybe 1kg, so i baked a 2inch high butter sponge, and i would definitely recommend it for those who are afraid of all the oily buttery feeling a butter cake brings! This is not too buttery but spongy, not as soft as a sponge but soft enough. I used marshmallow for the eyes, as a special treat for that special someone, that is the birthday girl!
Bliss...
Wedding's r always the eye popping event of everyone's life. Wedding showers seems to be more popular too.. Flowers, Flowers. Flowers... These r hand made, each on its own has a beautiful identity.. no 2's are alike! Jus like us! Hand crafted n hand painted individually.. We get lots of commercial cakes out there, true which r nice, but they all do look alike as they r done by a mold.. 80% of my work is hand crafted, with love n patience the designs grow.. of course it takes a little bit more time but n patience but its all worth it! For all the special someone.... enjoy...
